What do you do with my pharmacy contract?
We analyze the terms and conditions within your pharmacy contract to help produce a customized Opportunity Analysis
What if we are contractually prohibited from providing you with our pharmacy contract?
Some PBM’s attempt to contractually prevent clients from sharing their contract with other organizations. If you do not desire or are contractually unable to provide us with your current pharmacy contract, we can provide you with a more generic presentation of our capabilities and past experience in lieu of an Opportunity Analysis.
One of the purpose of our complimentary Pharmacy Contract Opportunity Analysis is to determine the competitiveness of your current pharmacy contract. If your current PBM prohibits outside experts from reviewing your pharmacy contract this may be an indication that their terms and conditions are not the most employer friendly.
Should I have concerns about the confidentially of the materials I send you?
No. The Quest Group holds client contracts, and any other information provided, in strict confidence. If desired, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement.
How long does a complimentary Pharmacy Contract Opportunity Analysis take?
The turn around time of our Opportunity Analysis depends on both the complexity of the analysis and our scheduled availability. We attempt to complete within a time frame that is acceptable to the client.
What happens after the complimentary Pharmacy Contract Opportunity Analysis is completed?
As our Team assembles the final Opportunity Analysis for release, we will contact you to schedule a meeting to review the results. The results will be presented at an executive level.
